Delivery Dispatch Board and Route Stop Tracker is a shift-level delivery dispatch application built for transport coordinators and logistics supervisors to track daily delivery routes, assigned drivers, and individual stop progress.
Key Features
Opens delivery route details in a side-by-side panel showing driver assignments, vehicle details, duration, and complete stop lists without covering the main dispatch board.
Displays stop completion progress through visual progress bars, completion percentages, and numerical stop counts.
Compares promised estimated arrival times against actual delivered timestamps for every delivery stop.
Reassigns drivers and updates route statuses directly from the open route panel controls.
Visualizes active shift status and regional open stop counts using integrated dashboard charts.
Exports route, stop, driver, and vehicle data lists directly to CSV, Excel, XML, and PDF file formats.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Dispatch Desk replace a transport management system?
No. A transport management system plans the network — what ships, on which lane, at what cost. Dispatch Desk is the shift-level board underneath it: the routes going out today, the drivers on them, and the stops still open. Operations teams that already run a TMS use Dispatch Desk as the screen a coordinator actually works in during the shift.
Can our own team change Dispatch Desk without a vendor?
Yes. Dispatch Desk is native Joget DX 9 configuration — forms, datalists and a userview, with no custom plugin. A team that administers Joget adds a field, renames a route status or changes which columns the board shows in the Form Builder and Datalist Builder, without a code release.
What version of Joget does Dispatch Desk need?
Dispatch Desk runs on Joget DX 9.1.1 Enterprise. Dispatch Desk uses Enterprise datalist components for the status formatting, the progress column, the charts and the route panel, so a Community Edition install will not render the board as shown.
What does a coordinator see when Dispatch Desk opens?
Four counts and the route table. Routes on the board, dispatched now, running late, and planned, then every route with its status, driver, region, vehicle, progress, stop count and finish time.
